• This contest is for choosing the monthly winner for Dana Beach Resort
• Participants must fill up the form on this page with their correct details
• The winner will be awarded a 3 bedroom Sunrise villa for 1 night with breakfast
• The winner can bring his family of up to 5 persons for the stay. Only the immediate family members can accompany the winner which would include any or all of parents, siblings, spouse, & children. A housemaid can also come along
• Extended family members will not be allowed to enter the resort
• Transport for reaching Dana Beach Resort will have to be borne by the winner
• The winner will be announced on Dana Beach Resort’s social media channels, & sent an SMS & Email
• To redeem, the winner will have to show the SMS & the email received from us
• The prize can be redeemed within 3 months of being declared the winner subject to availability of villa
• The winner and the family members accompanying need to show their ID at the time of check-in
• Dana Beach Resort reserves the right, at all times, to verify that an entry complies with these terms, conditions and rules
• This contest is open to only people living legally in Saudi Arabia and over 18 years of age
• The Prize must be accepted as awarded at the time they are awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. The Prize is not transferable and has no cash surrender value
• By accepting the Prize, all entrants eligible to win the Prize consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any advertising or public relations purposes in all media used by Dana Beach Resort and its advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation
• The decisions of Dana Beach Resort are final, as they relate to all aspects of the Giveaway, these terms, conditions and rules, or the awarding of any Prizes
• By accepting the prize, entrants confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms, conditions and rules, and releasing Dana Beach Resort and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Giveaway from any and all liability arising in connection with the Giveaway, Including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with these rules
