Update by Dana Beach Resort on COVID-19

Dear Valued Guest,

Our team are meeting daily and updating our practices and actions as more information becomes available and the situation evolves. At Dana Beach Resort, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritized. We are also emphasizing the importance of good hand hygiene based on recommendations from local health authorities.

Our most common measures include increasing the frequency of cleaning public areas (including Front office, Guest services, door handles etc.), using specialized products for cleaning villas & guest entertainment facilities, increasing the number of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers available and training teams in protective protocols.

All our guests can rest assured that we will do our utmost to provide a clean and healthy environment when you come to stay.

Note to our guests: In the light of the current situation, you are able change or cancel your reservations at Dana Beach Resort with no extra fees.

Additionally, guests can change or cancel their reservations before Eid Al Fitr and choose one of the below options:

  1. Change reservation with a consideration of the seasonal price difference.
  2. Obtain a deposit receipt for the amount paid for later use, depending on the availability of the customer and the resort.
  3. Retrieve the amount of the pre-deposited reservation, taking into account the general terms and conditions of reservations, as well as the terms of the sales intermediaries.
